● Getting started
Follow these top to bottom and you'll have a finished reel today. Most of the work is your AI's; yours is a few clicks and one sentence.
Pick one and the guide only shows your steps. Using Gemini? It works the same from its desktop app: just open the folder there.
The website won't work: it has to be the app, on a paid plan (Claude Pro or higher).
Codex is ChatGPT's desktop app for working with files. Sign in with a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus or higher).

You got it when you bought Freight Club. Your download is in there.
Open the email from Gumroad. Click View content, and on the page that opens, click Download.
You'll get a file called freight-club.zip. It usually lands in your Downloads folder.
Can't find the email? Search your inbox for "You bought Freight Club", and check Spam and Promotions too.
The download is a compressed file. Extract it first:
You'll get a folder called freight-club. The right one is the folder with a START-HERE file inside.
On Windows you sometimes get a folder inside a folder with the same name. Use the inner one: the one with START-HERE.
Open the Claude app and click Code at the top. Above the message box you'll see Local and Select folder. Click Select folder and choose the freight-club folder.
Open the Codex app and sign in with your ChatGPT account. When it asks for a project or folder, choose the freight-club folder.
That's the kit loaded. You won't touch any files from now on: you just chat.
If it asks whether you trust the folder, say yes.
Type it in the chat and press Enter.
set me upSetup runs on its own: your AI gets your computer ready, then asks a couple of quick questions (who your videos are for, which language, how you want them to end).
Last, a page pops up in your browser asking for your ElevenLabs key, which powers the voiceover. It goes on that page only. Never paste it into the chat.
The key ID won't work. In the list of keys you'll see a short code: that's not it. The right one starts with sk_. ElevenLabs only shows it once, so if you didn't copy it, just create another.
Plain English is all it takes. Something like:
Make me a video about why UPS trucks never turn leftNo topic in mind? Ask for ideas: "Give me ideas for a video."
It will show you the script before building anything. Say yes, or tell it what to change, and it takes it from there.
● What to expect
None of these mean something broke.
The first run downloads the tools the kit needs. Every video after that skips this part.
Your AI or your computer may ask before installing something or opening a page. Allow it.
Expect an hour or so per video, because it checks its own cut more than once. Leave the app open and the computer awake; you can walk away.
You'll get previews, like a frame or the first lines. Reply with changes, or "looks good" to continue.
It's in trabajo › salida inside the folder, with the cover and the caption next to it. Ask for the script any time.
Say "from now on, always…" once, and it applies to every video after.
